Servicing

Between 1-3 working days but if there are complications it can extend to 4-8 working days. However, our team will keep you updated.

Apologies we do not. However, on a case-by-case basis for less complicated issues, we may provide it at an extra fee

For privacy and security reasons, customers are not allowed inside our service areas during repairs. This helps us comply with PDPA requirements and ensures the confidentiality of all customer data. Rest assured — we apply the same level of protection and care for your device as we do for every customer.

Yes, there is a warranty on hardware parts purchased or repaired, it ranges from 3 months to 1 year depending on the part. Warranty can also be extended in some cases.

Yes, you can! If you’ve already purchased your own laptop or PC parts, our technicians at WeRepairSG will be happy to help with the installation for a service fee. Do note, however, that we cannot provide warranty coverage or take responsibility if the parts you supply are incompatible or cause any malfunction. For full peace of mind, we recommend sourcing parts directly through us — but the choice is yours.

Yes, you can choose to drop off or pick up your laptop at our shop. Please note that visits are by appointment only as our location operates as a self-service drop-off and collection point. All repairs and servicing are carried out at our dedicated service centres, which are not accessible to customers.

Payment

Absolutely — we offer free delivery because making things convenient for you is our priority.

No — there are no extra charges based on distance within Singapore. Your pickup and delivery are covered once you book with us.

The $35 deposit ensures your booking is secured and allows us to arrange the pickup with confidence. This amount is not an extra fee — it will be fully deducted from your final bill after the repair or service is completed.

For your convenience, WeRepairSG accepts PayNow and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). We’re also expanding our payment options to include GrabPay and Atome instalments, so stay tuned for updates!

Yes! You can already split your payment into instalments through your credit card provider — simply arrange it directly with your bank. Very soon, we’ll also be offering GrabPay and Atome instalment plans for even more flexible modes of payment.

If you choose not to go ahead after diagnosis, only the $35 deposit will be charged. This covers the diagnostic fee, and no further payment will be required.

Delivery Questions

To schedule a pickup, just reach us on WhatsApp with your full address and preferred timing. We’ll check against our driver’s schedule and confirm the best available slot for you.

Yes, you can! Just share a preferred 3–4 hour time window, and we’ll check with our drivers to see if they can match it. If not, we’ll arrange the next best available slot for you.

Pickups are usually arranged within the same or next working day. Delivery back to you depends on the repair timeline, once the service is complete, we’ll schedule the return at a time that works best for you.

No need to pack — just remove accessories like chargers/USBs, and we’ll bubble-wrap your device for safe pickup.

Our driver will reach out to you before arriving. As they follow a fixed delivery schedule, we kindly ask that you remain contactable and prepared during your selected time window. This helps us ensure a smooth pickup and timely service for all customers.

If a pickup or delivery attempt is missed, we’ll help reschedule at the next available slot. To avoid delays, we encourage you to be contactable and ready during your chosen time window.

Yes, we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests at an additional fee of $10. Same-day pickup may be possible depending on driver availability, so just reach out to us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the earliest slot for you.
