Terms & conditions Of WeRepair

We want every customer to feel confident when using our services.
Here are the key things you should know before sending your device to us:

Warranty & Coverage

  • Warranty covers only the parts and repairs we’ve carried out.

  • Physical damage (e.g. cracks, burns, water damage) and software issues are not covered.

  • Warranty claims must be supported by your WeRepairSG invoice.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final — once sold, products and software cannot be returned or refunded.

  • In rare approved cases, exchanges/refunds may be allowed with a minimum admin fee of S$35.

Repairs & Data

  • Please back up your data before sending us your device.

  • WeRepairSG cannot be responsible for data loss during repairs.

  • Service time may take 1–8 weeks, depending on supplier or manufacturer.

Device Collection

  • Please make sure your device is ready and accessible for pick-up.

  • After we notify you that your device is ready, please collect it promptly.

  • Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days may be treated as abandoned.

Your Responsibilities

  • Share accurate details of your device and the problem.

  • Remove any cases or accessories before sending your device.

  • Ensure your device is unlocked so our technicians can carry out proper testing.
