Warranty covers only the parts and repairs we’ve carried out.
Physical damage (e.g. cracks, burns, water damage) and software issues are not covered.
Warranty claims must be supported by your WeRepairSG invoice.
All sales are final — once sold, products and software cannot be returned or refunded.
In rare approved cases, exchanges/refunds may be allowed with a minimum admin fee of S$35.
Please back up your data before sending us your device.
WeRepairSG cannot be responsible for data loss during repairs.
Service time may take 1–8 weeks, depending on supplier or manufacturer.
Please make sure your device is ready and accessible for pick-up.
After we notify you that your device is ready, please collect it promptly.
Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days may be treated as abandoned.
Share accurate details of your device and the problem.
Remove any cases or accessories before sending your device.
Ensure your device is unlocked so our technicians can carry out proper testing.
